As explained on the Funding Application page:
When you have completed your project, in addition to submitting your receipts for reimbursement, you are required to submit a short survey-style, report to tell us how it went.
We collect:
a small amount of data for our records and for our funder, BC Gaming.
what worked well and what was a challenge so we can share that learning to improve the program and help others
and up to 5 pictures that we can use to help share your story with others too!
Remember, your final reimbursement will be held back until you submit this report.
NEW: If your project completes before May 15, you are required to submit your final receipts and report by May 30.
If your project completes after May 15, discuss your final submission deadline with the treasurer, if/when your project gets approved.
This policy is necessary to accurately account for and announce the funds we will have available for the grants program that opens each fall. Late final submissions will make you ineligible to apply in the following application round.
