Keeping pages, even if no longer relevant helps to create a record for future iterations of our Executive Committee. This can be helpful especially if the Gaming Grant Branch has questions in the future.
Create and administrate PAC Facebook PAGE for ease of event sharing among Navigate/NIDES Communities.
Public events created on a PAGE can be shared among different Facebook Groups and Pages (insert link)
Connect with contacts to have them publish our events to various program groups if you are not a member.
Create Non-Meeting Events on Facebook.
Use provided graphics from event owner or create graphics if needed.
Track meeting attendance per program classroom, send invitations to under-represented programs
The Attendance List is available in the Meeting Agendas, Minutes, Reports, Attendance - Public Viewing in the correct folder, organized by year, on the Google Drive.
Create or support creating geographical representation
Reach out via email or phone call to encourage participation.
Historically, many programs didn't know that our PAC existed. We've done a lot of work to get the word out about us, however, as new programs are created, it's easy for information about our PAC to be overlooked.
Promote PAC, DPAC, and BCCPAC Opportunities
Many PAC opportunities are for a specific audience. The Project Applicant will notify their community.
